Jan and Sean O'Brien welcome you to Chateau Hordosse Situated on the confluence of two rivers, nestling on the border of the Lot et Garonne and the Landes regions, Chateau Hordosse can be found in the centre of its own land. Dating back to the 13th century, the Chateau offers well appointed suites and rooms for B&B accomodation. Including the Tower Suite with its roll top bath and dual aspect outlook, or the high ceilinged Blue Suite, with it's two marble fireplaces. We are also very happy to offer to all our guests, the use of the chateau "salon", including reading material, games and international TV and DVD player. Self catering is also available in the Maison du Gardien - see seperate advert Catering for everyone, there is plenty to do at Chateau Hordosse, from swimming in our 15 metre, salt water, heated pool or playing tennis on our court, to perhaps something more relaxing, for example a stroll in the woodland or relaxing under one of our many trees, reading a book or just listening to the bird song. Our nearest town is the pretty market town of Nerac, with its diverse riverside restaurants and the Chateau de Henri 1V. In the local area, there are a multitude of activities available, including horse riding, canoes, boat rides, fishing and Golf to name but a few...
