How many photos can I add per advert?
Each advert can have a maximum of 6 photographs.

Can I create an individual advert or do they all look the same?
The site has a house style which orders the copy under a number of headings. Visitors to the site are then able to locate key information in the same place in each advertisement.

How do I receive enquiries?
Visitors to the site who are interested in booking your property can contact you by an automated email form at the bottom of your advert to the email address you provide. If you need to change this email address you can do so within your members section, or let one of our team know and we will change it for you.

Does the site use an availability calendar?
We realise that everyone is busy and having the time to update availability calendars is probably low on your list of priorities, especially if you advertise on a number of sites. If you have late cancellations and don't update your calendar, you could miss out on enquiries. We have therefore not provided a calendar that you need to update but we have provided the ability for you to add a link to one you use and update often.

Do you accept advert details by email and post?
It's much easier to enter your details online as this allows you to check and make changes easily at the time the advert goes live.

However if you do not have access to the internet, we have a team to add details for you. Please send by either:

Email: Advert text should be sent within the email itself, or as a Microsoft Word or text file attachment. Advert photographs should be sent as separate attachments, with photographs in jpg format. The advert will only appear on the site once payment is made.

Post: Please send us text and photographs (no negatives), for each property advert, to the address below. The advert will only appear on the site once payment is made. If you would like your photos to be sent back to you please let us know when you send them to us.

How do I make payments?
Option A – Credit or Debit Card. Payments can be phoned through on 0044 (0) 1242 216005

Option B – Cheques must be made payable to ‘Archant Life Ltd’ with full details and posted to us at the address below.

Only when payment is made will we add your advert to the site and send you login details.
